Installation:
Please contact an installer near you to have your DADC500 installed.
Click here for the DADC Installer List which contains businesses which have identified themselves as qualified installers of Hand Controls. National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association lists installers who have voluntarily met NMEDA's standards. Also you may do an internet search for "Automotive Adaptive Technology" or "Hand Controls"




Driver Training:
You may need assistance learning to drive with a hand control. In some cases, you may be required to get training. For further information about people who can help you get set up with a hand control, click here for the Association of Driver Rehabilitation Specialists.




Financial Assistance:
If you are a veteran, contact the VA. Your state's Department of Vocational Rehabilitation or Division of Developmental Services can also provide assistance. Your insurance company may also cover this purchase. In most states, your purchase is exempt from sales tax if you provide a doctor's prescription.




Rebates:
The following automobile manufacturers will pay the cost of installing a hand control in a new vehicle! You will need to contact them directly to make arrangements. Car dealerships near you will also be able to assist you.
